Unable to connect to the credit agricole website

I recently got a PC equipped with Windows 8 and since then I can no longer log into my account; After noting the account number and the 6-digit code, the response is "your entry is incorrect, please renew your identification." I went to the C.A. and tried it there. There, I could log into my account; from my home, nothing! Does anyone know about this problem?
