Hello,
I went to my account and was charged €99.99 by GDN Multimedia, which I do not know and have never visited... I would like to know if this is a scam, and if so, what should I do? Thank you for your help.

    I also got scammed by Game Club, which signs you up for a card when you buy your first game and then charges €59.97 to your credit card every three months without notifying you
    So if you're not careful with your withdrawals, this can go on for several quarters since you don't receive any email or other alerts
    I’m waiting to see what happens with my refund request for the year 2019.

      Hello weekend for me, I noticed a fraudulent charge from them of €59.97 every three months for almost a year. I blocked your credit card; that's the only way. I contacted them, and they told me to send a membership cancellation letter, while at first, they told me it was for the purchase of a game that had already been paid for €33. Then they turned it into a subscription. This attention m&m scam is happening on PlayStation tow London from account settings on PlayStation 4. Good luck to everyone, down with the scammers.

    Hello,

    I just had 59.97 deducted from my account without anything being requested; I only ordered a game that I paid for, and then I noticed a withdrawal. I am disappointed; from now on, I will not order games online anymore. I am sending a request for a refund to be processed.

      I just had the same problem; I was charged 59.97 without my knowledge... In fact, like me, you must have filled out an account with Game Club to buy a game, which is my case, I bought Zelda for my daughter's Switch.
      There is a withdrawal procedure on their site; I will see how that goes.
      It's actually a paid subscription of 59.97€ per quarter to exchange games, but if you haven't exchanged anything, the Game Club site says you can get a refund.
      It's a scandal to proceed this way.
      You need to retrieve your email and password for signing up on the site.

      News about my mishap at €59.97. If it can help you...

      I was indeed refunded by Sarl Gdn Game Club on my account via the credit card I used to purchase a game. This happened after I filled out and sent back the refund request that is on their website.

      I must admit they were honest to refund me, but at the time of my purchase, all this was really unclear.

      It seems they have revised their terms and the clarity of their marketing message on their site. In any case, a retailer that wants to last has every interest in securing their customer.

        Hello, block your credit card as quickly as possible, or they will charge you €59.97 every three months during your purchase. There's a small box you need to uncheck yes (I mean uncheck), it's written in small print. If you don't do it, it's as if you accept a quarterly membership subscription to their cards. Block your credit card and file a complaint with your bank for fraud. Good luck.

    Every order involves a subscription which can be cheaper, but then it's €19.99 debited from your account. As there is a discount for free shipping, but then £29.99 is debited, report this scam.

    You probably bought a video game, and when you made your purchase, there was a big area to buy with a subscription for €30/month and a very small line just below, barely legible, to buy without a subscription.

    You can cancel your subscription from your customer account.
