Salut, J'ai des probs avec mon PC qui redemarre tout le tps j'envoie tout le tps les rapports d'erreurs a Microsoft mais ils ne me trouvent pas de solutions a ce prob. Avant ils me mettaient que c'etait un prob de driver ensuite memories disc et maintenant "le rapport a ete corrompu veuillez verifier les logiciels recemment installés"
Pour finir j'ai comme antivirus AVG qavec lequel j'ai fait une analyse du system qui trouve un trojan nommé obfuscated.en je ne sais pas si ça peut être la cause du prob de redemarrage?
J'ai vu en lisant le forum des probs qu'il fallait commencer par telecharger hijackthis, faire l'analyse et la poster alors c ce que j'ai fait, voici l'analyse et merci si il y a quelqu'un qui peut m'aider dans cette galere

Bonsoir ca sent la RAM defectueuse fait un test de RAM avec Memtest https://www.zdnet.fr/telecharger/logiciel/memtest86-39067945s.htm
Vue que tu a des redemarrage intenpestif Je pense que tu a soit un virus, sois des logiciels espions ou un drivers mal configurer ou tes ram ne sont plus detecter par ta carte mére
tu utilise windows xp tu a mis a jour actuellement c'est SP2
je te conseil de prendre adaware il est meilleur que AVG
Si c'est tes ram qui ne fonctionne plus vue que tu a fait le test avec mantest je te souhaite bon courage

Salut, Merci pour vos réponses, mais depuis ma 1ère demande d aide je suis partie en vacances et j'ai laissé mon PC à 1 copain qui a remarqué qu'il me manquait de la pâte thermique autour du processeur et en faite lorsque que j'ai fait changé la carte mère de mon PC par mon service après vente ils ont ommis de mettre de la pâte thermique et ça fait 8 mouis que je galère à chercher le pourquoi du comment. Depuis que je suis rentrée de vacances mon PC marche sans + redemarrer. Ouf!!! Je suis enfin tirée d'affaires, en tous cas merci beaucoup pour votre aide
J'ai eu du mal avec memtest(pas tres douee) J'ai voulu faire le test mais a peine le test avait commencé qu'il y avait marqué:
Your computer's Ram will now be tested. If any problems are found you will be notified. You can stop the test whenever you wish, but the longer you run it, the better.
