Printer problem! Prints in green.

Hello,

So here’s the thing, I have a problem when I print photos or images, they come out with a greenish tint.
However, when I printed a cover using the Pochette Express software, the color was just right! We thought it might be due to my photo device not being compatible! Before we had Windows XP and we changed computers!
But no, earlier I printed a white crazy rabbit (lol) and it had a greenish tint!
I did some cleanings and the cartridges are new! What should I do?

Hello,
You say you have done some cleanings, meaning cleaning the nozzles?

Is it a multifunction printer?
If so, try to copy a document in color directly without going through your computer to see if the problem comes from the printer itself or from a bad connection to the PC....

Hello, yes it's a multifunction printer! I can't do the nozzle cleaning, I can't find where it is! It's a Brother DCP-330C! I just scanned an image and it still comes out with a green tint! I don't understand.

Yes, so this is a bit more of a hassle...
My girlfriend's mother had the same problem but with the yellow; the printer was sent back for servicing, and it turned out there was a cartridge defect...
Have you changed your cartridges since the issue?
Or maybe just before?

Just before, I changed them, but they are compatibles, and before that, I recharged them; it might be because of that.

Just don't look for it, you're going to have to change them back!  That's exactly the problem my girlfriend's mom had...
