Printer problem! Prints in green.

Hello,

So here’s the thing, I have a problem when I print photos or images, they come out with a greenish tint.
However, when I printed a cover using the Pochette Express software, the color was just right! We thought it might be due to my photo device not being compatible! Before we had Windows XP and we changed computers!
But no, earlier I printed a white crazy rabbit (lol) and it had a greenish tint!
I did some cleanings and the cartridges are new! What should I do?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.13

Hello,
You say you have done some cleanings, meaning cleaning the nozzles?

Is it a multifunction printer?
If so, try to copy a document in color directly without going through your computer to see if the problem comes from the printer itself or from a bad connection to the PC....

I just found out why my printer was printing in green:
I turned over a cartridge, and underneath, there was a transparent protection, and I removed it.
And for the other cartridges, the protection was already removed.
