      however for Wiiware and Wii U games as well as a few small programs, there is the eShop.

      Ah, it's available on Steam, Apple Store, and Google Play, but not on Wii U.

    No, it's not possible because this is not an Android system but a Wii U.

    It's like asking if I could download Apple's App Store on the Wii U. Impossible.
