My Thomson LCD screen won't turn on.

Hello everyone
I have a Thomson 24fw4323w LCD television that I bought two months ago. When I turn off the screen with the remote, the TV turns off fine, but when I try to turn it on again, the red standby light goes out but the screen doesn't turn on, and then I can't turn it off or back on. To get the TV to turn on, I have to unplug it and plug it in several times before it starts... I've been having this problem for two weeks now, as everything worked perfectly at first...
Can you please give me a solution if you've experienced the same thing because I'm quite fed up...

It must be under warranty?

yes yes but I'm thinking that it might just be a setting that’s messing up because I feel like it's going into safe mode...
