Hello, I bought a TV on May 2nd (so it's been 18 days). Yesterday, I went out for rugby and there was a storm. I came back and discovered that my TV, which is less than a month old, no longer turns on, as well as the box I received last month. Do you know if I can be reimbursed with home insurance and what the timeframe would be?
Thank you in advance for the answers!!!

Hello,
Yes, insurance can cover it, but the best thing would be to check with them and see based on your insurance contract.
Otherwise, when you say:
I bought a TV on May 2 (so it's 18 days old).
I don't know how you calculate, but for me, it's been 4 and a half months.
