TNT no longer receives certain channels after a storm

Hello, at home I have Canalsat in the living room but in my room and my parents' room it's TNT. Following a storm, some channels (TNT) are no longer available, and strangely in my room I can get some channels that my parents can't, and my parents can get some that I can’t, and finally, some channels are completely absent from both TVs. What should I do? Thank you.

After researching the 2 TVs, it's impossible to get France 3, TF6, France Ô, and Mirabelle TV (local channel).

It is likely that damage has been done to the satellite dish decoders. Have them repaired and, above all, have a grounding socket installed that complies with the standards by a professional.

So it's a mini collective private TNT/antenna + satellite/dish paired or not, splitter? amplifier? Check all points of the installation, search for faults on Google

To receive all TNT channels or others correctly, you must have one or more satellite dishes. The digital signal is too weak, which represents a significant cost (500 euros or more!).
