TV won't turn on after storm

Hello,
Following a storm, my TV went into standby (the decoder fried). I turned off the TV and since then, nothing! It won't go into standby, nothing at all. Strange because after the lightning it worked, but after turning off the TV, that's it!
Can you help me please? Are there any fuses that might have blown in the TV? Thank you in advance

A small clarification, he is a musician; it is only when it was turned off that it never turned back on.
