Black and purple artifacts - graphics card

Hello,
I have black and purple streaks (like a fracture) in a corner of my Lenovo Ideapad PC. Following some tips, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics card drivers, but it disappeared and I have no idea how to reinstall it. Do you have solutions for these two problems?

The original graphics card driver should be searched primarily on Lenovo's site with the exact reference of your PC.
For the lines on the screen, a photo would be needed, but based on the description I doubt the graphics card is at fault; when it is concentrated on an edge or corner, it is the display panel that is affected.
