Hello,
I'm reaching out to you to fix a little recurring issue that's starting to really annoy me, to put it politely! I bought a "Arc Touch Mouse Surface Edition" from Microsoft. Ergonomic, portable, nice, and especially Bluetooth connected without a USB port. For the past few days, it’s been disconnecting and only works again when I turn it off and on. However, now this action is no longer enough; I have to uninstall the drivers and restart to reinstall the mouse until the next bug with Miss... Anyway!
Have you ever had this problem with this mouse or another Bluetooth model without a USB link? Do you have a solution other than the rope and the stool? I just changed the batteries just in case... but I doubt that’s the source of the problem.
I’m on W8 with a recent Asus; usually, it runs very well.
Thank you for your help!!

Hello, same here but not on a Surface tablet... I've had this mouse for a few days and it’s true that it might end up heading out the window.... Have you found a solution?
Sorry for the late response, but I think I found the solution on an English forum: you need to go to the Device Manager in Windows (Control Panel), go to Bluetooth, and right-click on your Bluetooth adapter (make sure it's the adapter, not the mouse!) then right-click again -> properties, power management tab (at the top) and uncheck the box that says "Allow Windows to turn off this device to save power..."
So for my part (on an HP Stream X360), no more bugs for over 3 hours (it used to happen every 15-20 minutes before). There you go, I hope this message will save the lives of many arcs :P
