Acer Aspire V11 Touch touchpad not recognized

Hello, it has been since last February that my touchpad has not been working at all because of that damn driver booster. Since then, I've been using a mouse, but since I take my laptop to school, it was more convenient for me to use the touchpad. However, when I use the keyboard shortcut and the touchpad, the keyboard stops working altogether; I have to restart the PC! :(

What could I do? I even re-downloaded the touchpad drivers.
