Password issue Cdiscount site

Hello,
my problem is that I can't access my client area on the site because I'm having issues with my password. The site says it's not the right password, even though it is. So, I click on "forgot password," enter my email address to have you send me an email. I receive the email, click on the link you provided to reset my password, I change it, and it says that the password has been changed. I go back to my client area, enter my email and my new password, and it starts again by telling me that the password is incorrect.

I have been on their site explaining the problem, but it doesn't work; the verification code we need to enter at the end to send the message is not working.
If you could do something about it.

    Good evening

    I am encountering the same problem, I reset my password but nothing works, I can't access anything and I have to call them every 2 days to find out what is written in my messages.
    How do you cancel a saved password? Thank you in advance if anyone knows.
