Hello,
I bought a soundbar from the brand Muse model M 1500 SBT and I have a problem.
I connected it using the red and white output cable (I have the same output on my Toshiba television) but nothing happens.
After several attempts, I plugged in the soundbar via auxiliary and everything works fine, but after 10 minutes the soundbar turns off automatically.
In the manual, there is no sleep mode, and I tried turning it off electrically to restart it but nothing works...
Do you have a solution? Thank you.

Muse... if you think you've done everything to fix it, send it back to customer service; you may have ended up with a faulty unit.

exactly the same problem we can't even listen to Metallica "Through the Never" a little loud not even at full volume it cuts off at a completely random moment for no reason and the only way to turn it back on is to unplug it and plug it back in and 1/10 times it works for 2 minutes and then cuts off again as previously described and it's quite ... annoying I have exactly the same model Muse M-1500 SBT
