Hello,
I am asking for your help because I am having an issue with my HP printer regarding the margin! Indeed, when I want to print a document or an image (see the screenshot), my HP Deskjet 2540 creates a much larger margin on the right, which causes the document to be cut off!
At first, I thought it was a minimum margin issue, but since it can print with a really small margin on the left, it should normally do the same on the right?
However, the installation went smoothly, and the A4 format is indeed selected in the settings!
Can you help me?
Configuration: Windows 8 / Chrome 36.0.1985.143

If anyone has a solution to this issue, please let us know.
Your printer is designed to print with these predefined margins:
Horizontal (right/left) margins: 3.2mm
Top margin: 1.5mm
Bottom margin: 14.5mm
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do except make adjustments to the document. I am shocked.
It seems to me like a HP scam to waste paper!
Or maybe this bad factory setting is an error or a manufacturing defect that they don't want to admit, because it would cost them too much to recall all the printers of the same model for free to fix this problem, and then return them to the customer.
But wouldn't it be possible for HP to correct this through a downloadable new firmware release?
Personally, I wouldn't have bought this printer either if I had known about this issue in advance! Fortunately for me, I've already chosen a different brand, so I've never had this problem! ;)
There was a time when HP was synonymous with a serious brand, but now I'm starting to have serious doubts! Best regards. :)
