How to connect a microphone to a hi-fi system

Hello,

I have a mini PHILIPS chain
MODEL FWM19712
I want to know if I can connect a microphone to speak
on this mini chain and where to connect it?

Because I am going to hold an event for my birthday and I want to speak in a large room

    You need a wired microphone with a remote preamp that you'll connect to the auxiliary input of the hi-fi system; however, you must select the input. The music will not play in the background; it's either the voice or the music.

    Read the user manual or look at the remote control.
