Bonjour,

suite à des difficultés de connexion internet j'ai effectué un scan zhp puis j'ai utilisé adwcleaner dont je laisse les rapports mais je demande de l'aide svp pour supprimer
le reste

Ah oui désolé j'avais oublié que tu l'avais mis dans ta question ;)

On va commencer par mettre Java à jour ...
Ensuite suis ces étapes :

- Vide complètement ta corbeille
- En suite lance cette fois-ci ZhpFix ( Pour Vista/7/8 : clique droit et "Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur")
- Clique sur "Importer'
- Et colle ça :

Pour Java, il m'est précisé que je dispose de la dernière version ce que ne confirme pas AVAST mes je n'arrive pas à le mettre à jour avec AVAST...

Pour ZHPFIX ça ne fonctionne pas.J'ai un avertissement, je peux coller le texte
et en cliquant sur GO re avertissement. ensuite un message précisant que peut-être le prog ne sait pas installé correctement (ZHPFIX).Je rectifie mais sans
succès

Re,

On supprime les logiciels de nettoyage et on a terminé :

- Télécharge DelFix
- Lance-le
- Coche Réactiver l'UAC et Supprimer les outils de désinfection
- Enfin clique sur Exécuter
