AverMedia LGP Problem

Hi!

First of all, I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong place.

So, I have a problem that's been going on for a few hours.
I just bought a used AverMedia LGP. I've followed tutorials to connect it to my Xbox One and capture with my PC. But the only issue is that my LGP doesn't seem to be recognized by my PC (laptop). As soon as I get to the RECentral step, I get an error message, "No device detected"...

I've tried a lot of things randomly since there's no solution on Google, but nothing works...

Apparently, the blue light needs to be solid for the AverMedia to be connected, but mine keeps flashing non-stop.

So, I don't really know what to do; if anyone has had this problem and knows the solution, or can give me a link, that would be nice.
