Call of Duty Modern Warfare campaign issues

Hello, I purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare on my Xbox One X. All the packs have been downloaded and installed, including Campaign Pack 1 and 2 as well as the multiplayer pack, etc.

When I launch the campaign mode, it tells me to install Campaign Pack 1.

In Manage Game and Add-ons, I have all 4 add-ons installed.

What should I do?

        Hello, I had the same issue. You need to turn off your console and uninstall it, then clear the cache of your console. To clear the cache, hold the power button for 10 seconds, then unplug it for 3 minutes. Turn it back on and install it again, it worked.
