Bonjour

Je suis sur PC, windows vista, depuis quelques jours mon pc bug énormement, au point d'être quasi inutilisable. Les programmes cessent de fonctionner et je dois à chaque fois attendre quelques minutes avant qu'ils reprennent ou que je puisse les fermer. Je ne peux faire aucune analyse avec mon anti virus car le programme bloque aussi.

Pouvez-vous m'aider svp ?

    la cause la plus probable est le manque de memoire, mais la ram seule ne fait pas tout, le processeur aussi..
    a verifier aussi: si le disque dur n'est pas trop plein-> virer ce qui peut l'etre ou envoyer sur support externe, autre partition cle ect puis defragmenter
    vous pouvez aussi essayer de telecharger malwarebytes, de le mettre a jour et analyser
    placer en quarantaine sans remords les resultats trouves, puis au bout de quelques jours apres avoir verifie que tout fonctionne normalement, virer pour de bon
    il faudrait indiquer votre config

    Mon pc est passé à l etape supérieure, même quand je l eteins par le bouton central et le rallume, il prend au moins 10 minutes pour arriver au bureau, j ai donc laché l affaire, impossible de faire quoi que ce soit dessus, ce n est pas un probleme de memoire, ca ressemble plus a un virus.

    Je vous ecris actuellement avec le pc de mon pere.

    Je viens de le démarrer en mode sans echec avec prise réseau et ça marche, que faire maintenant ?

    je n'ai pas souvenance d'avoir déjà vu 1 pc avec autant d'infections

    fait ceci dans l'ordre inscrit et poste les rapports

    1) télécharge adwcleaner sur ton bureau

    le lien https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

    utlisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    clique sur Scanner puis patiente le temps du scan

    une fois le scan terminé clique sur le bouton Nettoyer

    clique sur rapport pour qu'il s'affiche sur ton bureau

    le rapport est aussi sauvegarder dans C:\AdwCleaner\Adwcleaner [S0].txt

    poste le rapport via ce lien https://www.cjoint.com/

    2) Télécharge ici : Junkware Removal Tool

    !!! Ne clique pas sur Download !!! , attends simplement que la fenêtre de téléchargement arrive pour confirmation

    Enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau

    Ferme tout tes navigateurs

    Sous XP, double-clique sur l'icône et presse une touche lorsque cela sera demandé
    Sous Vista/7/8, clic droit et Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur

    NB: Le bureau disparaitra un instant, c'est normal

    Laisse le programme travailler ne touche plus à rien

    utilisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    a la fin de l'installation, décoche la case "activer l'essai gratuit de MBAM premium"

    regarde l'image >> clique ici

    regarde ceci pour le mettre a jour et en français >> clique ici

    dans l'onglet "examens" sélectionne "examen menaces" puis clique sur "examiner maintenant"

    a la fin du scan, clique sur "tout mettre en quarantaine " puis sur "appliquer les actions"

    si MBAM demande de redémarrer le pc, fait le

    le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau, mais sera aussi disponible dans "historique" et "journaux de l'application"

    sélectionne le rapport et demande l'affichage (choisit bien le dernier en date)

    en bas a gauche, clique sur "exporter" et choisit "format texte"

    enregistre le sur ton bureau (pour le retrouver facilement)

    J'installe junkware avec les consignes que tu me donnes mais quand il s'ouvre il y'a juste un fond noir avec aucune commande possible

    tu dois appuyer sur 1 touche pour qu'il démarre (enter par exemple)

    En fait le rapport ne s'affiche pas dans le journal, pourtant il est bien écrit que j'ai fait l'examen et j'ai une liste en quarantaine.

    Mon pc est super lent depuis une heure même en mode sans echec, et MBAM ne veut plus se lancer

    J'ai redemarré mais rien n'y fait
