Gigaset A 585 landline phone lost base PIN code

I can't find Gigaset support.

    Unplug the power cable from the base.
    While holding down the "Registration/Paging" button, connect the power cord to the base.
    Keep the button pressed for at least 5 seconds.
    The PIN code is then reset to 0000 and all phones are deregistered.

    the manual states how to reset the base PIN code to 0000 (factory).

      Hello, I have the same problem. I've lost the PIN code for my Siemens Gigaset SL 565 and I no longer have the manual. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
