Hello,
I would like to know if Orange can see that I no longer use the same mobile since a specific date?
Best regards,
Clémence

Why are you asking the question? I don’t see the point of the answer actually (which is normally none).

Good evening
Yes, Orange can know in real time which mobile you are using.
By logging into the Orange customer space you will also see the name of the mobile you are currently using (as well as the image if it is in Orange's database). -
On the Orange site they indicate the phone you bought.
Not the one you use. If you borrow a friend's phone to test it or you buy a new one, it won't change on the Orange site :).
In my opinion, yes, it's possible, but they don't bother checking that kind of thing. -
Hello
On the Orange site, they display the phone you use and not the phone you bought with your account. And this has been the case for several years: I had bought my friend’s iPhone (Orange couldn’t know anything about the transaction) and the Orange site did show that I owned an iPhone.
However, it isn’t always accurate since once, when my phone was dead and I didn’t have one for 3 days, the site showed that I owned a Samsung Galaxy (which I never had!). Nevertheless, I have several personal examples that prove Orange does detect the phone we use (without giving them any information => it’s a detection program that handles this).
EDIT: From what others have answered, it seems we aren’t all managed in the same way :) One must say that Orange is known for being very chaotic in its organization and account management may differ depending on the date the line was opened, etc...
