Hello
I would like to know how to file a complaint against COSMO SPACE
They are demanding money from me even though I haven't had any other consultations and I have told them several times that I was canceling or addressing those who dealt with them and had to defend themselves and how did you do it.

I am a former medium from COSMOSPACE under the pseudonym Mathéa
I am taking them to the labor court and other employee complaints are coming in.
I am expected in court on April 7, 2020, at the tribunal in Grasse.
A collective complaint from clients is underway; you need to get in touch with Master Panon, who is handling the defense of the cases. I would appreciate your testimony regarding your experience, as it will be helpful to me.. Thank you all

But before filing a complaint make sure you have complied with the T&Cs of that infamous site.. Mainly the Chapter 'trial offer' as well as 'Termination'..

The website is legal even if its practices are shady, so you will not be able to file a complaint. Excerpts from the terms of use:
8.2. For packages or consultations that have not been started or fully consumed within fourteen (14) clear days, the client is clearly informed that they have a period of fourteen (14) days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The mentioned period starts from the subscription of the package and the SMS confirmation of subscription. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the present General Terms and Conditions, COSMOSPACE will refund the client the amounts due, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date on which this right was exercised.
You have exceeded the 14 days and therefore you have to pay for your subscription, otherwise the virtual Madame Irma will call on debt collection companies.
Collection / contentious procedure / penalty clause:
It is clearly stated to the client that in case of incident and/or late payment, all necessary costs for the collection of the amounts due will be entirely charged to them, including the costs of registered mail, bailiff fees for notification and possible seizure, legal fees, and attorney fees. The amounts due will accrue interest at the legal rate in effect from the first reminder for payment incident. MOREOVER, THE CLIENT IS CLEARLY INFORMED THAT THE ABSENCE OF FULL PAYMENT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN THE BILLING OF A PENALTY CLAUSE EQUAL TO 20 (TWENTY) % OF THE UNPAID AMOUNT, WITH A MINIMUM OF 20 EUROS.

Secretaries vary, formatted to respond a real scam.. non-cancellable package even if you state that you no longer wish to continue the psychic readings.. yet you still have minutes valid for 1 year.. and still you have to pay

What should I do?? Can I get a refund or is it just a scam?
If you have voluntarily sought their 'excellent' predictions (and for a LONG TIME..), you are not entitled to request a refund. You can do it, but you won't get anything..
What to do?
It's simple: Stop believing in Online Fortune Telling. It's worth NOTHING. It's just a pitiful exploitation of naive pigeons struggling to get by.. LEGAL SCAM.. A THERAPIST would be cheaper and probably more effective!
Nothing obliges you to make an appointment. Send those idiots who only see your money packing!
