Hello everyone.
I own a Sony DCR-SR21 camcorder that displays an error message E:31:00. It also shows "formatting error." As a result, I no longer have access to the internal memory. I can't record or view the images stored on the device.
When I connect it to my computer, it shows (PMBPORTABLE) and it only recognizes 23 megabytes, while the device's capacity is much larger.
I tried resetting it, but that didn't help. I'm turning to you to find a solution.

E3100 signals a problem either with the hard drive or the board.
Usually, you encounter this when the device has been shaken violently.
If you followed the procedure (unplugging for about 1 hour, then the reset)
and the same problem persists, you will need to contact customer service.
