How to connect a central unit to a TV

Hello,
I just bought a central unit that I want to connect to my TV.
I purchased an HDMI cable and connected the HDMI port of the central unit to an HDMI output on the TV.
When I plug in the computer, I get this message:
Warning: Unsupported video configuration detected
This computer has an add-in graphics card, but the monitor cable is plugged into the integrated video connector
Attach the monitor cable to the add-in graphics card connector.
I have no idea what I should do, can someone help me? Are there any other connections to make?
