Hello,
I bought several computer components in August to build my first PC setup. So far, everything has been good, and everything works perfectly.
However, a week ago, I went on vacation and left my computer with my cousin so he could do his homework and play on it... The issue is that when I returned, the computer turned on but neither the screen (I tested several in addition to the TV) nor my keyboard (which has a small screen that lights up and shows RAM and CPU usage, but now it just turns on) were working.
Neither my cousin nor I are good with computers. All I know is what he told me. He said he launched a (mini) update for the MSI program (these are the 'weekly' updates, and this one was 37 MB) but suddenly, my keyboard showed that 100% of my CPU was being used and the screen was frozen. Since nothing was responding after several minutes, he turned off the PC (probably while the MSI update was still installing). All my equipment is new and I am on Windows 10.
Can you help me? I have worked really hard for a capable PC. I would need very clear answers, please, and as quickly as possible. I take all my notes by hand but I exclusively work on my PC and organize my notes on it.
Thank you for your responses!
P.S.: I am a student and I can’t afford any extra costs at all.
P.P.S.: I have already read several similar topics, but since my story has some additional details, I prefer to create a new topic to act in the best way possible.

Hello
First, check in the Device Manager if there is any alert or not
Otherwise,
1) you can try to cancel the msi update (and uninstall it)
2) you can try a restore to a bold point, before your absence
3) if it's a keyboard like g15, g19... a driver update or reinstallation might solve the issue
check on the keyboard icon (logitech g-series) if all settings are okay
4) check on your screen, directly on the screen) if the correct source is selected
dvi, vga, hdmi... depending on the graphics card that is connected of course
otherwise, you can try to completely turn off the screen (not on standby), start the pc, turn the screen back on
and keep me updated!-
The screen turns on but doesn’t display anything at all. When I say it turns on, it’s a bit of a stretch since the diode turns blue and then a message says there is no signal. Then the diode turns orange (as if the screen were off).
2/ I have never made a backup on this PC. I'm afraid that restoring it will make me lose everything. Since the screen doesn’t turn on, I don’t think I can use the task manager
3/ The keyboard is a Logitech G510s and my mouse is a Logitech G700s
4/ I have already tried the ports of 2 screens and 1 TV, that is to say the HDMI, VGA, and DVI ports. Always the same result.
