Hello/Good evening.
Here is my problem: I recently bought an August VGB100 acquisition key. However, the issue is that after installing the drivers and the provided software (ArcSoft ShowBiz), a dialog box opens saying: No Video Signal Detected. I have connected my Male-Male RCA cable from my Playstation 3 to my key.
