How long does 20% battery last

Hello, to be sure that my iPhone 5s battery is working well, I would like to know how long 20% of battery lasts when all apps are completely closed, the screen brightness is at 3/4, I am not using hotspot, nor on 4G. On my iPhone,
20% = 1h10min. (About/sometimes a little less). So 100% = 6h (about). Is this normal?

    Hello,
    Regarding your battery level at 100%: It's normal because the screen brightness is set to 3/4

      And when I listen to music with my iPhone on standby for 15 minutes, I lose 3% (or even 4). Is that normal? I don't remember having this before, unless I just didn't pay attention.
