Hello,
I am new, but I have a problem with my internal hard drive, on an Intel Inside computer
installed with Windows XP. I would like to know how to format it via the BIOS, as it shuts down at startup. If you can help me, that would be super nice. Thank you all in advance.

It's impossible from the BIOS, it's not meant for that.
