Hello,
I suddenly had a problem with my Nokia Asha 302. When I turn it on for the first time, it powers on but doesn’t boot up (the screen lights up but stays black, there is a vibration, and the keys light up normally) this process lasts only 3 to 4 seconds, and then everything turns off. When I turn it on a second time, there is just a micro vibration but nothing lights up. All of this happens in a loop.
Is it a firmware issue?
Is my phone dead?

The phone has no battery or charger issues, I have already checked, but thank you anyway.

Hello,
It might be due to the fact that the battery is dead and you may be using a defective charger, so try using another charger and let it charge for at least an hour to see. Then try to turn it on again.
