CRT screen flickering

Hello,
I'm reaching out to you because for the past few days I've had a problem with the cathode ray TV that I use to play with my Xbox.

Let me explain, after a certain amount of time using it, the screen starts flickering (alternating between image/black screen) and it gets faster and faster, until the screen goes completely dark. But if I turn it back on after 30 seconds of rest, it works normally again but then starts flickering again, and so on...
I don't think it's an issue with the Xbox, as I don't have any problems with another TV. However, I only have this problem on the Xbox channel; when I change the channel, for example to channel 1, there is only static and the channel number, but there's no flickering.

Where could the problem be coming from? How can I fix it?
Thank you for your help

PS:
By the way, a capacitor does emit a whistling sound while it charges, and it stops briefly during discharge, then starts whistling again during charging, etc... but what does it mean if it continuously whistles?

    Hello,

a capacitor that's leaking is going to swell and burst soon...

as for the screen, maybe the scart solder joints have "failed" over time, plugging and unplugging... it happens.

    Thank you for your response,
I might stop fiddling with this condo since it's a 400V for electric fences.

For the TV, if it's indeed what you're referring to, that means when the solder heats up, it causes a loose connection.
However, I tried with the plug (yellow, white, red) and using a SCART adapter, so on two different channels, and the problem is the same.
