Good evening / Good morning everyone, I will explain the problem I have been experiencing for over a week now,
When I connect to my Wi-Fi network everything goes fine but after a while "No internet access" appears and this error shows up on all the other PCs in the house, and after about 5 minutes the connection is restored, and this happens more than 10 times a day for a week! It all started when my ISP decided to assign new phone numbers to my entire area, that's when the problem began. I think there is a configuration error with the router, because when we were assigned a new phone number I had to bring the router back to them for reconfiguration. If you want specific details about my router's configuration I can provide them (if it can help you help me, that's all I ask)
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
I had the same problem. The reason was simply a signal that was too weak, causing connection losses between my router and the ISP's network.
They came to boost the line and add an amplifier, and the problem disappeared.
Does the problem only occur with devices connected via Wi-Fi? Or also with a cable?
What does your router indicate with its lights?

Hello to you and thank you for your response,
I don't think it's a signal issue because it has never happened to me right before this week.
As for connecting via cable, I haven't tried it yet. I'll wait until I get the "No Internet Access" error again, and I'll attempt it with a cable and I'll come back to let you know whether it works or not.
In terms of the indicator lights, all are normal except for "Internet," which is off during the error.

Based on what you tell me about the indicator lights, you should have the same issue with the cable.
Check the cable(s) that connect the router to your ISP network. If everything is properly connected, I think you should contact your ISP and ask them if everything is working correctly on their end.

I tried by cable and indeed it's impossible, the same error keeps occurring. I contacted them and they said that everything is normal on their side. I even went to their agency with my router for a total reconfiguration. Once I got home, I made the connections correctly, connected for a bit, and then the error reappeared and disappeared after about 5 minutes. (You might tell me that 5 minutes is nothing, but I play a lot of online games and losing connection can result in losing my game, and I don't really like that, lol.)
