Hello,
Maybe your tablet is simply not compatible with Google Play Store...
In this case, you need to enable installation from unknown sources on Android,
-Go to "Settings" --> "Security" --> check Unknown Sources.
-Download the Google Play Store APK and copy it to your phone
-Find the file you just downloaded and run it.
You should be able to launch Google Play Store once the installation is complete.
