Alibaba: arnaque en chine henan win win import export company

Hello,

i am from Algeria. I bought 5 rides from Henan win-win import/export company:
- 1 flying chair
- 1 Super jump
- 1 pirate ship
- 2 inflatable bull

The first of march, i paid and i received my goods but there are some parts that they forgot to send me. Also,They refuse to send me a CD and catalog to install the rides. And they refuse to send me their engineer even if i pay all the fees.
My engineer try to assembly the rides but when i asked them about how to install my rides or where a part of the rides comes, they told me that i have to send to the company photos of what i install.

But when i sent them the photos of the beginning of the assembly, they do not answer to me.
I do not want to install the rides no matter how because of the security of people.

I have a certificate of guarantee of 8 years but the company did not send me all the part of the rides.

I do not want to do problem but how can i assembly my rides ??
So please can you help me or do you know an institution that could help me ??
