Decoder issues for Aston HD Diva Premium

Hello,

When inserting the Francesat card, the reader indicates "no rights" for all the free programs broadcast by TNT via Francesat.
The satellite is well pointed, Eutelsat 5 West, signal very good.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Is the "FRANSAT" card properly inserted, pushed in, into the HD Aston Fransat decoder's card reader and not upside down?
