SAGEMCOM DT84 HD decoder issue

Hello?
I bought a DD84 HD decoder on 04/06/2016. It worked fine until this morning (04/09).
The "menu" button for making some adjustments is not working.
At DARTY it works correctly.
I checked all the connections.

    Hello
    if this decoder has worked, and if it also works at Darty, then there is a problem on your end

    either an incorrect connection, or you are placing your remote control too far away? I don't know!

    Hello,
    I bought the same TNT receiver yesterday => it worked for about 30 minutes then it went black (black screen with occasional sound and the menu button unresponsive even right in front of the receiver).
    I took it back to Auchan where it apparently worked perfectly over time.
    Back home and it's the same issue => it goes black after 20 minutes => in fact, it needs 10 minutes of rest for every 20 minutes of use!!!!!!!
    There might indeed be a problem with the device....
