Unable to access the online game

Good evening,
In a few words, my problem is..
For the past 3 years, I have been playing online on the game "Renaissance Kingdoms."
For the past 2 days, I have not been able to connect to the game at all!
Even though I have made no changes to my computer or updated anything!
The game administrators (contacted via support) responded that the problem is on my end!
On IE:
This page cannot be displayed
*Check that the web address https://www.renaissancekingdoms.com/?lan=fr is correct.
*Search for the page using your search engine.
*Refresh the page in a few minutes.
On Mozilla:
The connection has timed out
The server at www.lesroyaumes.com is taking too long to respond.
The site may be temporarily unavailable or overloaded. Please try again later;
If you are unable to browse any site, check your computer's network connection;
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure Firefox is allowed to access the Web.
In the search engine, I do type: Renaissance Kingdoms
And when it searches, in the top bar, this address appears before the message that it cannot be displayed, connection timed out:

So I turn to you, as I see no end to this, and I really do not understand where it could be coming from, as I have made no changes!

No, it's not due to maintenance.
And yes, the game is accessible; I have friends who can access it and have actually contacted support for me.
It has now been over 48 hours since I have been unable to access it..
The game administrators responded that the problem is on my end! That there is no issue with my account. But since I haven't made any changes to my computer, I don't understand why I can no longer access it..
