What to do?
It seems that I will have to "reset" it.
How to do it?
This happened while I was supposed to replace the large black ink cartridge
and while waiting for my ink package to arrive, despite the message
to change the ink, I made a copy on the printer by pressing OK,
it was an important certificate that I needed for the next day. I got the copy.
Yes, but now I need to get rid of the C000 printer error.
I unplugged the power supply and the other cable as well, and when I turned it back on, there were no changes. The green and orange lights are blinking simultaneously all the time.
I tried pressing the button on the top right (circle and triangle inside a red drawing) while holding down the color button for 25 seconds.
To no avail.
Thank you for any information you may have,

The problem is solved.
Thank you very much for paying attention to my request.
I really appreciated coming across this page:
http://imprimante-en-question.blogspot.com/2009/01/les-codes-d-erreur-par-imprimantes.html
and the link that you provided.
Thank you, I understand that you also searched.
I understood that this code had to do with a hardware issue,
something improperly placed, or something is obstructing.
"Anonymous said...
hello I have the same problem my carriage gets stuck on the right and cannot go back into the housing"
I inspected my Canon MP640 printer, I pushed the carriage and it sank down
so it was not properly placed.
What a pleasure!
Thank you for the access to this forum, thank you for the help received.
So the problem is resolved.
