Hello, I found this on Google

Error E32 is mainly a lens error and indicates that your lens mount has a problem.
If your camera is still under warranty and has certainly not been misused, then contact Canon service in your country to learn more about a free repair.

Stuck lenses are probably the most common reason why compact digital cameras are thrown away, but there is a good chance of regaining use of your camera.

The fault is often caused by dirt or sand blocking the mechanism, or due to having experienced a recent fall. Another frequent cause is that the camera was in a pocket or bag and the power button was accidentally activated, attempting to open the lens against resistance. The mechanism may simply have come loose, or there may be parts that have broken.

Now, there isn't much to do here. I will list some techniques that might help, but do this at your own risk as it may help in some cases or worsen the situation in others.

1. One way to do this is to place the camera lens down on a hard surface, then power it on. Be sure to use a soft cloth or something similar to avoid scratching your lens or the casing. Let the lens push the camera up and down a few times, and the little resistance provided by the camera is sometimes enough to get things moving again.
2. Try tapping your camera near the lens on the body with the soft fabric on the palm of your hand.

Other than that, I would recommend taking the camera to a repair center for an assessment to see if it would cost more to repair than to replace the camera.

Hopefully, this helps to resolve it.
