Hello,
I've had this multifunction printer for a few years and it's still working. I had to replace one cartridge (ink kit that usually works).
I received this message and I've already
-tried replacing the cartridges without success
-rebooting the printer and resetting the system
-cleaning the print heads with hot water following the method indicated on YouTube
-restarting X times
All the cartridges are fine and the indicators are good. I could see the levels through the utility but couldn't start the cleaning and calibration operations...
Does anyone have any idea? I have a stock of cartridges...
Thanks in advance.
Have a good weekend.
Configuration: Mac OS X Leopard (10.5.8) / Safari 5.0.6

Hello;
Having once owned a printer of this type myself, I also replaced everything (cartridge and print head, which is quite expensive) but the problem was never resolved even by Canon, and the printer ended up in the dump, as did my experience with Canon
I'm sorry, but I have no other solutions to offer
