Error E 1 6 on Canon Pixma MG3150

I have a Pixma MG 3150 printer, I can no longer scan or print anything.
On the screen E 1 6?????
My cartridges are fine.

    Hello,

    E16 indicates an empty cartridge. If this is not the case, then it may be a defective cartridge.

      Hello, Thank you for your response, my problem is resolved.
      I am unable to scan or print because I am out of color ink (low level), so my printer blocks all operations. I just need to disable the ink level and that's it!
