Hello / Good evening

I recently bought an Urban Factory hub "Hub 4 USB 2.0 ports". But it doesn't work. My computer detects it, but says: "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)"

Could you help me?

Thank you.

    Hello,

    Go to Start
    In the search bar
    Type: devmgmt.msc and OK.

    See if there are question marks and which ones?
    If yes, right-click the device
    Properties
    Details tab
    Give the hardware ID number.

    To find the ID number, look --> here <<--

    What is the brand and model of the PC?

    Under which operating system and in 32 or 64 bits?

    There is indeed a point, but with an exclamation mark on my HUB.
    The identification number is:
    USB\VID_1A40&PID_0101 or USB\VID_1A40&PID_0101&REV_0111
    which is just one line above.

    My computer is a Toshiba Satellite L755-1GE.

    Download and install --> 7Zip 64 bits

    Download this driver --> Renesas USB
    and put it in your documents.

    Right-click on --> sp54511.exe
    Choose --> 7Zip
    Choose --> extract to sp54511

    Go to Device Manager
    Right-click on the device in question
    Update driver
    Search for driver on my computer
    Browse
    Go to your documents
    Go to the unzipped driver folder --> sp54511
    Select the folder --> Files
    Next, etc...
    Restart

    During manual installation, is it the folder -> Files
    that you selected?
