STARTUP ISSUE WITH MY LENOVO

Hello,
I have a problem with my Lenovo ThinkPad E330, it doesn't start normally, it gets stuck on a page where it displays BOOT MENU: -Windows Boot manager -> PCI LAN
and APPLICATION MENU: -SetUp
-Diagnostic Splash Screen
-Lenovo Diagnostic

I can't get any further, restarting doesn't change anything, I should add that there is an unusual noise at startup like a clicking sound.. who could help me?

    I am deeply saddened to inform you of the death of your hard drive.
    -The PC no longer recognizes it.
    -The clicking sound you mentioned is the hard drive’s read head jumping.

    These two symptoms never lie.

      Alright.. :( It's a shame, it's my brother's, can it work if we replace the hard drive in that case?

      Yes, the hard drive is usually very easy to replace on a laptop.
      However, you will need to reinstall Windows, the drivers, etc... Try to find someone in your circle who would be able to do it.
