Can you link two tables in Word?

Hello,
I want to link two tables in Word, if possible being Excel calculation sheets.

If I change, for example, a yellow cell in the first table, is it possible for that to automatically change the same yellow cell in the second table?

I would like to specify that I don't want to have an linked Excel file. I want to have only a single Word document.

    Hi,
I don't really understand your question.
    What exactly do you want:
    - for two tables to be identical and for modifying the content of a cell in one to change its equivalent in the other?
    - for modifying any cell in one table (identified by what means?) to reflect on a specific cell in another table?
    - what does Excel have to do with it if you don't want to go through it?
    - does it matter if the cell is yellow, or another color?

One solution might be to define the content of the source cell as a bookmark and to create a reference in the target cell, with F9 being used to refresh the values.

First option. That both tables are identical and that a change in the first one is reflected in the second.

The yellow color doesn't matter. It was a (bad) example.

I thought about the bookmark but I can't find the menu once I'm on my table (the menu switches to "Excel" mode and I get completely lost lol).

I prefer to use integrated Excel spreadsheets because I have totals in my table and I don't want to have to recalculate them constantly.

After that, if it's not possible with an Excel spreadsheet, I'll do without it.

As Raymond mentioned below, I want a change in one table to be reflected in the other.
