Hello,
I have a mobile phone purchased from SFR several years ago. I still have the box and the contract.
I wasn't using it, but I need it again.
It asks me for an NCK (unlocking) code after inserting the SIL card and the PIN code (from another operator).
It's impossible to contact SFR when you're no longer a customer (neither by email nor by phone)
In the store, they told me to call 1023 (SFR customer service) and to provide the number 06 00 00 00 00. In fact, they were just messing with me because obviously this number gets rejected by the automated system.
However, the unlocking of a mobile sold by an operator must necessarily be done for free after 6 months. This mobile is several years old!
How can I force SFR to unlock this phone?
Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP / Chrome 33.0.1750.154

Otherwise, you still have the "Chinese" option, but there you'll need to leave a small tip between €5 and €20 (depending on the countries and regions)...
But if you want something for free, go to an SFR store when there's a crowd;
Explain your issue to them (they'll tell you to call the number 1023, etc)...
Tell them you can't manage it and ask if they can do it for you;
They’ll tell you they can't...
Then you start shouting!
They will tell you not to raise your voice
And you'll raise it even a little more saying this phrase:
- "I need to make people hear that SFR are thieves!!!"
And then they will say:
- "We'll work it out, we'll do it for you..."
And don't forget to say THANK YOU ^_^ (otherwise they won't be happy lol)

I did a little research:

Let me know if it helped you ;)

Hello, if you know the number of an SFR line (of a friend or relative), you identify yourself with it, once you're on the line with customer service, you give your number of the canceled contract and ask for the unlocking of your old mobile.
Best regards, -
Hello André-Victor,
Please note that for any request to unlock a mobile phone, and if the mobile is still tied to a SFR contract, the procedure can be initiated directly from our website by following this link: https://assistance.sfr.fr/tel-mobile/carte-sim/desimlocker-mobile-achete-sfr.html#sfrintid=GSA_sugg_liens
If the mobile is no longer tied to a contract (for example, due to a cancellation), you will need to request it from Customer Service (1023 from a landline).
Finally, any request for unlocking must be made by the original purchaser of the mobile.
I hope I was able to provide you with the information?

Hello,
Even from a landline (non-SFR), the robot at 1023 rejects the call.
