EDF unable to validate the creation of a customer space

Hello, 6 hours of trying over 2 days to create my EDF customer area, in vain. "Simple and quick," as EDF says. I fill out exactly and meticulously what is required. I called the indicated number and received an email from EDF that leads me back to the customer area creation site that I am so familiar with. My identifier (which is at the top left of my bill) and my email address (EDF sent me an email) are not recognized. Before giving up on creating this space, I am reaching out to you. Thank you very much

I was finally able to create my customer account:
with Internet Explorer, it didn't work.
with Mozilla Firefox, it worked!
1
