Hello everyone, I'm reaching out because I've just encountered a really annoying hardware issue: my mouse keeps turning off by itself!
So, I have a Logitech optical wireless mouse, and suddenly while I was on the computer, it turned off. At first, I thought it was the batteries, so I replaced them, and I quickly realized the problem: as soon as I put in or replace the batteries, or press the connect button, it works for a few seconds, and then it turns off on its own. Or, if I just pressed the connect button, it works as long as the cursor moves, and as soon as I stop, the mouse turns off!
It's the first time I've seen this, and it's quite frustrating. I wanted to know if this has happened to anyone else, and especially how to fix my problem. I'd hate to buy a new mouse when this one could potentially work!
Thank you all for your support
