I am being harassed by phone calls from the number 09 70 26 21 40 but there is no one on the line
Do you have or know the caller? I can't find anything in the reverse directories

I may not be able to provide you with information about the origin of this number, but I can help you avoid being solicited (this is only valid for telemarketers; if it's an individual, I can no longer assist you).
Operators offer a "filter" for free and another one for a fee called "Stop Secret."
I myself have gone through this very effective and, most importantly, free procedure:
1) Send a letter containing your contact information (phone number + postal address or email) to the UFMD, a service operated by LaPoste.

2) You will receive a response by mail from the UFMD, usually within 15 days.
3) You will then be registered on the "Robinson" list.
Companies are required to consult the "ROBINSON" list before soliciting individuals.
If you are being solicited by an individual, I cannot assist you in any other case. If you choose to send a letter, please keep me updated on their response.
