Hello,

I opened "Open Libre Office 3 with Ubuntu"... I created a text table... and a 2nd page opened up, which I can't remove!!! How can I get it deleted?

Place yourself after the last word of the document and do a series of "Delete".

at the bottom of the 2nd page, I tried to "delete"
nothing has been deleted....

  If there's nothing written on your second page, reduce the margins.
  
  This may be enough to eliminate your page 2.

Hello, I tried to decrease the margins on the second one, but it didn't work... it corrects on both pages!!

Just reduce the height of the last line to 5.50 instead of 5.98.
