Hello,
I bought an HDMI cable to connect my iPhone to the TV, but it doesn't work on the TV screen, there's just the message "no signal." I tried both HDMI outputs.
Thank you for your help
Configuration: Windows / Mozilla 11.0

Hi, when you simply plug in the cable, nothing happens indeed. If on your device (iPhone/iPad) you start playing a video, you'll see a square with an arrow appear on the device's screen, tap on it and a menu will open where you can select TV.
There's also another option, when your device is connected to your TV, from the home screen, swipe your finger up from the bottom of the screen to bring up the menu, you should also have an option to send the image displayed on your device's screen to the TV (Screen Mirroring).
One last note, some cables no longer work since the latest iOS updates, it is best to use original Apple cables.

No issues with Netflix.
I contacted Proximus, they advise uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but I'm hesitant following the new iOS 14 update.
